When does the launch offer end?

The launch offer ends on 31st December 2025.

What is the pricing for existing users?

Existing users can continue to use their current plan until 30th June 2026, at no additional cost.

When and where can I see my Profile ID?

Your Profile ID is generated only after Srivivahaa approves your profile. You can see it at the top of the “View Profile” page. Format: SV + 6 digits (e.g., SV000000)

What payment options are available?

Currently: UPI only
Coming soon: Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other payment modes.

Can logged-out users see contacts or advanced filters?

No. To protect privacy, contacts and advanced filters are accessible only to logged-in users with an active offer/subscription.

Are photos mandatory?

No. Photos are optional. You may upload up to 2 photos. All uploaded photos are watermarked by Srivivahaa for security.

Are photos reviewed before approval?

Yes. Srivivahaa manually reviews photos to ensure authenticity and safety.

Is horoscope required?

No. Horoscope is optional. Rasi & Amsam charts are filled manually using the ‘+’ icon in each box.

How long does profile approval take?

Approval is completed within 24–48 hours.

Can I print or share my profile?

Yes. You can print your profile using the Print option and share your profile via WhatsApp link.

What if I need to correct something in my profile?

You can edit your profile anytime. Some edits may require re-approval.

Why is Srivivahaa kept simple and minimal?

No paid ads

Will my contact details be publicly visible?

No. Contact details are shown only to:

Logged-in users
With an active offer plan

Yes. Soon, certain features like contact viewing will be based on affordable subscription plans.

Is there a mobile app?

Srivivahaa currently functions as a web-based platform. A mobile app is planned for future release.

Are all profiles verified?

Yes. Srivivahaa manually screens every profile before approval. Document-based verification will be introduced soon.

How long does my profile remain active?

Your profile stays active unless:

You request deactivation
Srivivahaa flags prolonged inactivity
You request updates or changes

What should users do after their plan expires?

After expiry, users must renew the plan for another six months to continue accessing contact details of other profiles and other related services.

Can I delete my profile myself?

No. Users cannot delete their own profiles. To delete your profile, you must contact Srivivahaa support.

Is Srivivahaa secure?

Yes. Security features include:
